오운완냥이 개인정보처리방침

뉴마드로그(이하 "회사")는 오운완냥이(WOD Cat) 앱을 통해 이용자의 개인정보를 보호하고 관련 법령을 준수하기 위해 이 개인정보처리방침을 운영합니다.

1. 수집하는 정보와 처리 방식

1-1. 이용자의 기기에만 저장되는 정보

합성에 사용한 인증샷·러닝 기록 스크린샷, 완성된 합성 사진
인증 캘린더에 기록되는 날짜, 이용자가 검색해서 직접 고른 동 이름(예: "서울특별시 종로구 사직동")과 그 동의 행정구역 코드
프리미엄(워터마크 제거·추가 색상 템플릿) 구매 여부

1-2. GPS로 위치를 수집하지 않습니다

오운완냥이는 기기의 GPS 등으로 이용자의 실제 위치를 추적하거나 수집하지 않습니다. "인증 지도" 기능은 이용자가 사진을 저장할 때 텍스트로 동 이름을 검색해서 직접 고르는 방식으로 동작하며, 앱은 고른 동의 이름과 행정구역 코드만 기기에 저장합니다. 그래서 이 기능을 쓰기 위한 위치 권한 자체가 앱에 없습니다. 다만 인증 지도 화면을 열어 지도를 그릴 때 OpenStreetMap 서버로 요청이 전송됩니다 — 자세한 내용은 4항을 참고해 주세요.

1-3. 앱 이용 분석을 위해 PostHog로 전송되는 정보

화면 진입, 버튼 탭 등 앱 내 행동 이벤트가 분석 서비스 PostHog(PostHog Inc., 미국 소재)로 전송됩니다. 전송되는 정보는 이벤트 이름(예: 사진 선택, 합성 완료)과 PostHog SDK가 앱 설치 시 자동으로 생성하는 익명 식별자(distinct ID)뿐이며, 실명·전화번호· 이메일 등 개인을 특정할 수 있는 정보나 광고 식별자(Android Advertising ID)는 포함하지 않습니다. 동을 검색해서 고른 경우에도 어떤 동을 골랐는지는 전송하지 않고 "동을 골랐다"는 사실만 전송합니다. 앱의 오류·성능 자동 수집 기능은 꺼져 있습니다.

2. 개인정보의 처리 목적

3. 보유 및 이용 기간

위 1항의 정보는 앱을 삭제하는 즉시 기기에서 함께 삭제됩니다. 별도의 서버 보관 기간은 존재하지 않습니다.

4. 개인정보의 제3자 제공 및 국외 이전

회사는 이용자의 개인정보를 원칙적으로 제3자에게 제공하지 않으며, 국외로 이전하지도 않습니다. 다만 아래 두 가지 경우는 이용자의 기기가 외부 서버와 직접 통신합니다.

인증 지도 표시: "인증 지도" 화면을 열면 지도 타일 이미지를 내려받기 위해 OpenStreetMap 서버 (tile.openstreetmap.org)로 요청이 전송됩니다. 이 요청에는 이용자가 검색해서 고른 동의 대략적인 좌표·확대 수준 정보가 포함되며, OpenStreetMap Foundation의 이용정책이 적용됩니다. GPS로 수집한 실시간 위치가 아니라 이용자가 직접 선택한 행정동 정보라는 점이 다릅니다. 인증 지도를 저장/조회한 적이 없다면 이 요청도 발생하지 않습니다. 동 경계 데이터 자체는 통계청 SGIS 공개 데이터 (공공누리 1유형)를 사용합니다.
인앱결제: 프리미엄 인앱결제를 이용하는 경우 결제 자체는 이용자가 Google Play(Google LLC, 미국 소재)와 직접 거래하는 방식으로 처리되며, 이 과정에서 Google이 처리하는 정보는 Google의 개인정보처리방침이 적용됩니다. 회사는 결제 완료 여부 외에 카드번호 등 결제 수단 정보를 전달받거나 보관하지 않습니다.
앱 이용 분석: 화면 진입·버튼 탭 등 이용 통계 분석을 위해 PostHog(PostHog Inc., 미국 소재)로 이벤트 데이터가 전송됩니다. 자세한 수집 항목은 1-3항을 참고해 주세요.

5. 이용자의 권리

사진을 저장할 때 동을 검색해서 고르는 건 매번 선택 사항이며, 고르지 않으면 인증 지도에 기록되지 않습니다.
기기 설정에서 사진 권한을 철회할 수 있으며, 이 경우 합성·저장 기능이 제한됩니다.
갤러리 앱에서 저장된 사진을 직접 삭제할 수 있습니다.
앱을 삭제하면 인증 캘린더 기록을 포함한 모든 데이터가 함께 삭제됩니다.

6. 접근 권한 사용에 대한 고지

이 앱은 위치 관련 권한을 요청하지 않습니다. "인증 지도" 기능은 GPS가 아니라 이용자가 검색해서 직접 고른 동 이름으로 동작합니다.

7. 아동의 개인정보

이 앱은 만 14세 미만의 아동을 주 이용대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동으로 부터 개인정보를 의도적으로 수집하지 않습니다.

8. 개인정보 보호책임자 및 문의처

회사는 개인정보 처리에 관한 업무를 총괄해서 책임지고, 이용자의 문의·불만을 처리하기 위해 아래와 같이 개인정보 보호책임자를 지정하고 있습니다.

RunStamp Privacy Policy

Newmadlog ("we") operates this privacy policy to protect the personal information of people who use the RunStamp app (published in Korean as 오운완냥이).

1. What we collect and how it is handled

1-1. Stored only on your device

The photo and run-stats screenshot you choose, and the finished composite image
The dates recorded in your run log, and — in the Korean version of the app only — the name and administrative code of a neighborhood you searched for and picked yourself
Whether you have purchased Premium (watermark removal, extra color templates, custom color, eraser)

1-2. We do not collect your location

RunStamp never tracks or collects your real location via GPS or any other sensor. The app does not request any location permission at all. The optional neighborhood check-in and map feature works by letting you type and pick a neighborhood name yourself, and its boundary data covers South Korea only, so that feature is shown only when the app is used in Korean. When the map screen is opened, map tiles are requested from OpenStreetMap servers — see section 4.

1-3. Analytics sent to PostHog

In-app events such as opening a screen or tapping a button are sent to PostHog (PostHog Inc., United States). What is sent is the event name (for example, "photo selected", "compose completed") and an anonymous identifier (distinct ID) that the PostHog SDK generates when the app is installed. It never includes your name, phone number, email, or any advertising identifier (such as the Android Advertising ID). If you pick a neighborhood, which one you picked is not sent — only the fact that one was picked. Automatic crash and performance collection is turned off.

2. Why we process this information

To provide the core feature: combining your photo and your run-stats screenshot into one image
To provide the optional run log and map views
To process and unlock the Premium one-time purchase

3. Retention

Everything listed in section 1 is deleted from your device the moment you uninstall the app. There is no server-side retention period because there is no server-side copy.

4. Sharing and international transfers

We do not share your personal information with third parties and we do not transfer it abroad. There are, however, three cases in which your device communicates directly with outside servers.

Map display: opening the map screen (Korean version only) requests map tiles from OpenStreetMap (tile.openstreetmap.org). Those requests include the approximate coordinates and zoom level of the neighborhood you picked yourself, and are governed by the OpenStreetMap Foundation's policies. This is not GPS-derived location. If you have never saved a neighborhood, these requests never happen. The boundary data itself comes from Statistics Korea's SGIS open data (KOGL Type 1).
In-app purchase: a Premium purchase is a transaction between you and Google Play (Google LLC, United States), and information Google processes is governed by Google's privacy policy. We never receive or store payment details such as card numbers — only whether the purchase completed.
Analytics: usage events are sent to PostHog (PostHog Inc., United States). See section 1-3 for what is sent.

5. Your rights

Picking a neighborhood when you save a photo is optional every time; if you skip it, nothing is recorded on the map.
You can revoke the photo permission in your device settings, in which case composing and saving will be limited.
You can delete saved photos directly from your gallery app.
Uninstalling the app deletes all of its data, including your run log.

6. Permissions used
