오운완냥이 이용약관

제1조 (목적)

이 약관은 뉴마드로그(이하 "회사")가 제공하는 오운완냥이(WOD Cat) 앱 (이하 "앱")의 이용과 관련하여 회사와 이용자의 권리·의무 및 책임 사항을 정하는 것을 목적으로 합니다.

제2조 (정의)

"앱"이란 인증샷 사진과 러닝 기록 스크린샷을 합성해 러닝 인증샷을 만들어주는 소프트웨어(오운완냥이)를 말합니다.
"이용자"란 이 약관에 따라 앱을 설치하고 이용하는 사람을 말합니다.

제3조 (약관의 효력 및 변경)

이 약관은 앱 내 게시 또는 이 페이지 게시를 통해 효력이 발생합니다. 회사는 관련 법령을 위반하지 않는 범위에서 약관을 변경할 수 있으며, 변경 시 최소 7일 전(이용자에게 불리한 변경은 30일 전)에 이 페이지를 통해 공지합니다. 앱은 별도 회원가입 없이 기기에 데이터를 저장하는 방식으로 동작하므로, 개별 이메일 통지 대신 앱 내 공지 또는 이 페이지 게시로 통지를 갈음합니다.

제4조 (서비스의 제공 및 변경)

앱이 제공하는 주요 기능은 다음과 같습니다: 인증샷·러닝 기록 스크린샷 합성, 테두리·색상 템플릿 적용, 인증 캘린더·인증 지도를 통한 기록 모아보기, 프리미엄 기능(워터마크 제거, 추가 색상 템플릿). 회사는 사전 공지 후 서비스의 내용을 변경하거나 중단할 수 있습니다. 러닝 기록 스크린샷의 인식·합성 정확도는 대상 앱(나이키 런 클럽, 삼성 헬스, 가민 커넥트, 스트라바 등)의 화면 구성이 변경되는 경우 영향을 받을 수 있으며, 회사는 모든 경우의 완벽한 인식·합성을 보장하지 않습니다.

제5조 (이용자의 의무)

이용자는 합성 기능 사용을 위해 필요한 권한(사진)을 부여해야 하며, 개인적인 용도로만 앱을 이용해야 합니다.
이용자가 합성에 사용하는 사진(인증샷, 러닝 기록 스크린샷)과 그 결과물에 대한 책임은 이용자 본인에게 있습니다. 제3자의 초상권·저작권 등을 침해하는 이미지를 사용해서는 안 되며, 이로 인해 발생하는 분쟁에 대해 회사는 책임을 지지 않습니다.

제6조 (책임의 제한)

회사는 천재지변, 기기·네트워크 장애, 대상 러닝 앱의 화면 변경 등 회사가 통제할 수 없는 사유로 인한 서비스 장애에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다. 앱은 러닝 기록을 보기 좋게 정리해주는 보조 도구로 제공되며, 특정 결과나 효과를 보장하지 않습니다.

제7조 (지식재산권)

앱의 UI, 디자인, 색상 템플릿 등 앱 자체에 관한 지식재산권은 회사에 귀속됩니다. 이용자가 앱으로 직접 만든 합성 이미지(결과물)에 대한 권리는 이용자에게 있으며, 회사는 이용자의 동의 없이 해당 결과물을 별도로 수집·이용하지 않습니다. 이용자는 회사의 사전 서면 동의 없이 앱 자체를 복제·배포하거나 상업적으로 이용할 수 없습니다.

제8조 (유료 서비스 및 환불)

앱의 핵심 기능은 무료로 제공됩니다. 워터마크 제거·추가 색상 템플릿 등 프리미엄 기능은 Google Play 인앱결제를 통한 1회성 구매로 제공됩니다. 환불은 콘텐츠를 사용하지 않은 경우 결제일로부터 7일 이내 요청할 수 있으며(관련 법령상 예외 있음), 결제·환불의 구체적인 처리는 Google Play의 정책을 따릅니다.

제9조 (준거법 및 관할)

이 약관은 대한민국 법령에 따라 규율되며, 앱 이용과 관련하여 분쟁이 발생하는 경우 관련 법령에 따른 관할 법원에 제기합니다.

RunStamp Terms of Service

Effective: October 4, 2026

1. Purpose

These terms set out the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of Newmadlog ("we") and users in connection with the RunStamp app (published in Korean as 오운완냥이).

2. Definitions

"App" means RunStamp, software that combines a photo with a screenshot of your run stats into a single image.
"User" means a person who installs and uses the App under these terms.

3. Effect and changes to these terms

These terms take effect when posted in the App or on this page. We may change them within the limits of applicable law, and will post notice on this page at least 7 days in advance (30 days in advance for changes unfavorable to users). The App stores data on your device and has no account system, so notice in the App or on this page replaces individual email notice.

4. The service and changes to it

The App's main features are: combining a photo with a run-stats screenshot, applying outlines and color templates, viewing your runs in a calendar and (in the Korean version) on a map, and Premium features (watermark removal, extra color templates, custom color, eraser). We may change or discontinue the service after prior notice. How well a run-stats screenshot is detected and composited can be affected when the source app (Nike Run Club, Samsung Health, Garmin Connect, Strava, Apple Health, and others) changes its layout, and we do not guarantee a perfect result in every case.

5. User obligations

You must grant the photo permission the App needs, and use the App for personal purposes only.
You are responsible for the images you use (your photo and your run-stats screenshot) and for the result. Do not use images that infringe another person's likeness rights or copyright; we are not responsible for disputes arising from such use.

6. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for service failures caused by circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, device or network failures, and layout changes in the source running apps. The App is provided as a tool for presenting your run records, and does not guarantee any particular outcome or effect.

7. Intellectual property

Intellectual property in the App itself — its UI, design, and color templates — belongs to us. Rights in the composite images you create with the App belong to you, and we do not collect or use those results without your consent. You may not copy, distribute, or commercially exploit the App itself without our prior written consent.

8. Paid features and refunds

The App's core features are free. Premium features such as watermark removal and extra color templates are provided through a one-time Google Play in-app purchase. Refunds may be requested within 7 days of purchase if the content has not been used (subject to exceptions under applicable law), and payment and refund handling follows Google Play's policies.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and any dispute relating to use of the App will be brought before the court having jurisdiction under applicable law.
